Card payments cost what Stripe charges
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL: Stripe's own rates, paid from your own Stripe account. We add nothing on top. Bank transfer, cash at the box office and pay at the door cost nothing extra.
One invoice a month
On the 1st, for the previous month's tickets, one line per event. Pay within 30 days by Bancontact, card or bank transfer.
Passing costs on is up to you
Set service costs on an event: per ticket, a percentage and/or per order. You keep them, and buyers see them in the prices from the start, so nothing is added at checkout.
Your money, at once
Online payments go straight to your own Stripe account the moment a buyer pays, and bank transfers to your own bank account. Your buyers stay yours: we never advertise to them.
Refunds
When you refund an order, its €0.10 per ticket isn't refunded.

You do, on a monthly invoice. If you'd rather your buyers covered it, set service costs on an event (per ticket, a percentage or per order). You keep them, and they're included in the prices buyers see: no surprises at checkout.
Stripe's own rates, which you pay to Stripe from your own Stripe account. We add nothing on top. Bank transfer, cash at the box office and pay at the door don't go through Stripe and cost nothing extra.
The moment a buyer pays online, it's in your own Stripe account; a bank transfer goes to your own bank account. No waiting until after the event.
On the 1st of each month you get one invoice for the previous month's tickets, with a line per event. You pay it within 30 days, by Bancontact, card or bank transfer.
Free tickets have no fee. When you refund an order, the €0.10 for its tickets isn't refunded.
